RUSTIC SCENT RISE has a very clear refund, return, and cancellation policy. The details of the same are as follows:

Refunds, Returns, or Replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Non-availability of Product: In case of non-availability of the product after an order is placed by the customer, we are liable to give a full refund to the customer within 10 days. Returns or replacements for the products delivered to the customer will be provided within 10 days.

  • Manufacturing Defect: In case of a manufacturing defect, we are liable to provide a replacement of the product. If we do not have a replacement product in our stock, we are liable to refund the customer within 10 days. The customer must send a video proof of opening the parcel packet and clearly showing the defect in the video. (Edited videos will be rejected, and replacements will not be given.) The customer should report the defect within 24 hours of delivery of the product through email (info@rusticscentrise.com). Intimation through phone calls will not be acceptable.

  • Product Replacement: In case of damaged or incorrect items, we would replace them with a new item. If you do not wish to receive the replacement, you may opt for store credit after communicating with our customer care department. This credit will be valid for 1 year. If we accept your replacement request, the customer must ship the products back to RUSTIC SCENT RISE.

Returns, Replacements, or Refunds are not accepted in the following cases:

  • No returns and no replacements will be provided if the customer does not like the product.
